History
Jen Roy-Asare, BASc, BEd, MASc
Manasi Koushik, BASc, MBA, P. Eng
PurposeLink Inc. is a not-for-profit organization led by co-founders Manasi Koushik and Jen Roy-Asare. Both Manasi and Jen have been dedicated environmental advocates since prior to their studies in Environmental Engineering. They have built their professional careers in the sustainability field, providing the foundational expertise for PurposeLink’s initiatives.
After attending the 2024 Climate Reality conference together in New York City, they agreed that there is a gap in climate knowledge and action that they could not ignore. Their grassroots efforts led to several engagement activities reaching hundreds of people in the first year.
PurposeLink was founded in 2025 to drive community awareness, connection, and timely, impactful action in response to our rapidly changing climate.
